It is complete with Sled, Unit, Controller, Power Adapter, Remote.

Well I bought one a few weeks ago for $400 that had a 5GB drive. It just depends on what someone is willing to pay for it. The starting price had been $700 when first offered. They don't have the ethernet capabilities that most people want but they do have a built in FM tuner which is nice.
Good luck selling it, I'm sure you will find someone willing to buy it.

Sounds about right, I recently sold my 10Gb Mk1 in the UK for about $400 as well.
