There are two things wrong about your post.

1) You're trying to sell a Neo on an Empeg forum (obviously)
2) You're trying to make it more interesting by selling copied Mp3's with it.

While there's not really something wrong with the first thing I wouldn't encourage it. Call it an ethical thing. The Neo has it's own forums for this sort of thing.

The second thing is worse. Most of us over here don't agree with this kind of behaviour because it pushes Mp3 more and more into illegality, something we -as Empeg and thus Mp3 format lovers- certainly don't want.

In short : sell the Neo on this forum if you really want to, but just erase that HD.

First I am already an empeg owner for about 4 months.. Secondly I sell my stuff as it is. So if anyone would like to buy my neo will have the disk with mp3s that I made for that unit. As for your opinions about mp3s you should already realise that mp3s are more illegal than legal thats why programs like napster, audiogalaxy are closed.
Anyway if someone wants to buy something much cheaper and worser than empeg mail me.

mp3's are not illegal mp3 is a file format.
Selling or distributing copyrighted material no matter what form it is in without permission is illegal.

I'm not going to get into this, you just do as you like.
Just realise that that opinion and those actions are right up the RIAA's (and similar organisations) alley.
