I'm not sure you can. I always haad to make a boot disk in Win98 and use that.
What are you trying to do?

Well, it depends on what he wants. You can make a boot floppy from Win2k, but it looks suspiciously like four floppies. This is probably not what he wants. Regardless, here's instructions.
