I'm not sure if it's this board or the bass fishing board that separates me with my money more often on things I really don't need...
I can't wait to get my putty!!!! 3 colors to start with, hopefully it doesn't get out of hand....

Oh, that's the way I'm starting out. I'm going to be buying more next month I picked up Electric Blue, Oil Slick and Bronze.

It is something about the time frame of the putty. Putty is soft in the long term and hard in the short term. If you take a hammer and press it into some putty, it will sink in. If you smash the hammer down on it, it will shatter into a million pieces.

While I don't think that it's quite the same type of putty, there's a good explanation for why Smart Mass putty shatters, and I think that the chemical and physical properties are very similar between the two.
