JPG File fixing utility?

So I stupidly deleted pictures of my daughters first birthday. I managed to recover the files, however when I double click it, nothing shows up... they appear to have something currupt in the actual data. The sizes and everything with them are correct. Does anyone know of a program that would fix these files?
