My experience has been companies are less lenient with temps. If they don't like someone they just have to call the agency and tell them to send someone else.

Yeah, I saw that, but I didn't know that MS wrote software for Apple. "Though Microsoft remains a target of derision for many Mac users, the company remains a major producer of software for Apple systems" Guess you learn something new everyday.

They actually started writing software for Apple before they put out MS-DOS/PC-DOS for IBM. Applesoft BASIC was Microsoft software -- a replacement for Integer BASIC, which Woz wrote.
