What software does the Sony Clie use to sync to the computer? Is it Palm Desktop or is it something made by Sony?

Palm Desktop. Sony also also bundles a (Windows) program that lets you mount your memory stick as a hard drive. This needs to be installed on the PC then the session is manually initialized/mounted from the Clie.
