You can get a discount code for the full price of the Lindows Developer edition here. It's only the downloadable version though, if you want the proper box then you'll have to pay $10. If you only want the downloadable version then you just need to give them an email address and nothing else.
I've not used it personally but I know a couple of friends that have and it seems legit.
