And good free SNMP monitoring tools?

I'm looking for a decent free windows app to listen for SNMP traps and email out if an error comes in. Anyone know of a good app for this? The cheapest I've found is Kiwi Syslog Daemon which is $99. But again, I'm looking for free.

HP Systems Insight Manager is free. It is focused on supporting HP systems, but it can import MIBs from other products. Might be worth a look.
