Where the demons dwell?
Where the banshees live? (And they do live well.)
Where a man is a man and the children dance to the pipes of pan?
Where the moon doth rise with a dragon's face?
Where the virgins lie and the prayer of devils fill the midnight sky?
That mystic land where the dew drops cry and the cats meow?

Beautiful...

Hang on. I know where, but why? From my experience, you don't do anything without a reason, Mr. Arnold - you weren't testing out the new (Censored) were you?

It's true, NTP is overrated. The next v3 alpha will synchronise your clock to the nearest henge.

Heh, ask Zandr (n6mod) about the time we saw Tempest do a *perfect* cover of that song as their encore, including costumes and the paper-mache thing lowered from the ceiling. I think I've got some really dark AVI clips from my camera...

Re: By dawn's early light... - 21/06/2004 11:30

Tempest’s members hail from five countries across three continents: lead vocalist, electric mandolinist and founder Lief Sorbye from Oslo, Norway; drummer Adolfo Lazo from Havana, Cuba; guitarist Ronan Carroll from Dublin, Ireland; bassist Ariane Cap from Innsbruck, Austria; and fiddler Michael Mullen from Fresno, California.
So, Norway: Europe, Cuba: North America, Ireland: Europe, Austria: Europe, California: North America. So where's this fictional thrid continent?

They've had a lot of member changes over the years, perhaps the line at the web site wasn't properly edited to reflect that.

One can almost make out the silhouettes of the naked nymphs prancing about in the darkened foreground..
