It turns your static windows wallpaper into a dynamic information resource.

You can add bits of web pages, text boxes, photos on to the desktop. Very clever.

I've got it picking one of my digital photos at random every minute and throwing it onto the desktop:

I've just downloaded it, shame you can't just add a folder-full of pictures and it just sprinkles them randomly over the desktop, it'll be quite time consuming otherwise.

No, that's definitely pretty neat. I thought the company sounded familiar, they make the webcam software that a lot of people on this board like a lot. If I get sick of my current wallpaper I make give this a try.

Erm, you can

From the menu, choose Background.... and use Composite background, and change the "new image ever" box to 1 minute

That's what it's doing on my PC above. It picks a photo at random from the directory (or subdirectory) specified and chucks it on the desktop

Oh, I missed that, okay then it's great!

Their webcam software was my favorite until i discovered bash scripts, netPBM and vgrabbj.
