I need to get a USB GPS "Mouse" at short notice, as I fly out on holiday on Wednesday and need it by then. Does anyone know of a UK high street retailer (or Cambridge area specialist) that sells such things?

http://www.globalpositioningsystems.co.uk have never let me down yet.

Any Comet or Dixons etc... will sell the Bluetooth TomTom kit if all else fails
