Elektor had a project to mod an oven to do SMD reflow.

I've been using a toaster oven for SMD stuff for a while now, and looking for a conversion project. It'd be nice to be able to set a profile and have it run automatically rather than stand there with a thermocouple and stopwatch!

Wish they took paypal.

been there and done that, works quite well.
