what was that movie?

It's sort of a body-snatchers type movie where the aliens are big glowing balls of energy and they absorb you while you are lying in your bed asleep. The effect was of the victim flattening under the covers from the feet up. Late 70s early 80s maybe. Title?

If I may, please add "The Love Guru" to that list. It should probably be in the top 20 if not top 10.

I saw one the other day that was so MST-able. It was called "Blood Freak", about a guy who gets hooked on drugs and turns into a giant turkey and murders other addicts to drink their drug-saturated blood. It was just awful in that hilariously funny way.
