So the person who put the message on there is wrong because it wasn't paid for with taxes but why would they have to investigate anything wasn't the wall put there for graffiti ? I guess everyone involved is a moron smile

Seems I can't live in a city without people doing crazy things to IRS buildings. The office in Colorado Springs was burned to the ground twice when I lived there, and then Steck flies his plane into the IRS building here.

Maybe it was that fine folks, who put up the wall, were planning on being the first to scribe. I imagine they were muchly disappointed.
