Just posting this for a friend as I think the bbs might be the right type of audience... AppleCare Engineering looking for a tech/customer support person for escalated issues in iOS products.

This isn't a call center type support job, this involves lab work to replicate issues, deep investigations and interaction with the product engineering teams, etc.
