video camera to ip box???

Anyone here ever seen a small box that will turn a standard video camera into a ip cam.

video camera w/rca plug > black box > Ethernet.

I think both Moxa and Axis have them, but they are "industrial" (= expensive)

If its just composite output and you only have 1 camera then you could just use an old Slingbox or something similar.

Thanks! That is pretty much what I was looking for. I wanted to provide a feed from a micro cam. The space was limited for any of the inexpensive ip cams I found.

Unfortunately the need just evaporated today. The equipment I wanted to watch is being taken out.
