Simple Excel question

Just throwing this out there in case someone knows off the top of their head:

Is there a keystroke in Excel that will copy the computed value of a cell instead of the formula? I'm constantly copying between my spreadsheet and my online banking site, but when I copy and paste a value for a bank transfer, I get the stinkin' formula instead of the value.

is there a way to easily fix this behavior, or a keystroke modifier that will only copy the value?

Not sure for a permanent change, but Ctrl+Alt V, V, Enter
Ctrl+Alt V gives you the Paste special dialog
V picks Value (as opposed to formula)
Enter closes dialog

On my Mac, Ctrl+Cmd+V pops the paste special dialog, but then you have to use the touchpad to select Values and then Ok, which is still annoying. Apparently they didn't add the keyboard shortcut to that dialog on the Mac, at least in Office 2011. I just wish there was something even shorter, like Shift+Cmd+V or something like that.

And I made a mistake earlier...it's not when I copy to my web browser, it's when I copy between two different spreadsheets that I get the formula instead of the value.

Is Excel a requirement, or in your case could you use Numbers instead, since you're on a Mac? According to the web searches I'm seeing, in Numbers, Paste Values is swizzlestick-shift-V with no extra menus to answer (I haven't tried it though).
