Komposer??

Anyone ever use Komposer to build/edit/mess with a website?
I was wondering if, and/or what anyone else used besides a 'cloud' based solution.

I've used Mozilla Composer which is still part of the Seamonkey suite, it's pretty good. It seems it's the same thing as Kompozer.
