What do you think of this site?

I've been working on the site, DevExplore, for the past few months. Anyways, it's a categorized, searchable, ranked listing of web developers and such. You can add your listing for free obviously, and there's some articles and stuff (I'm working on getting some more lined up). There are also some discussion forums.
