I guess it safe to plug mine back in ;-) coincidentally I moved and mine was unplugged from the mother ship for a week while timewarner moved my cable service ( which happened today ).

Yeah, and when the 4500 series hits the market it will be safe for me to buy one. I was starting to think TiVo after seeing this spyware on the horizon. Now I'm back on board with Replay.
