ATRAC3 blah. I like how they list ATRAC3 as a feature.

I think the neo would be better because you can load it in the house instead of having to sit in the car and insert each cd.

there is a PC connect kit and it will controll a MP3 changer (mp3's on a cdr disk)

This, and Sony's version of it, were already spoken about in another thread here. I don't think very many people who want or have an empeg liked them very much.

I thought the sony one used mp3 not atarac3 which makes no sense didn't they create the ATRAC3 format.

I think they do something with one of those "memory stick" doohickeys. Don't remember exactly.

Yeah, nothing like an ethernet connection...

I wonder if you could attach a laptop to them? or for that matter, rig them to a wireless connection...

I sold my Pioneer P1r to get mine Empeg Paid full price (OUCH)

Has anyone seen any other Empeg Like Items from the Big COmpanies My buddy wants an empeg but there few and far between now.
