Enlarge display?

Has anybody come up with ways to enlarge the display on the receiver, or perhaps attach another display to it? It bugs me that I can't read it more than 5 feet away.

You could put a fresnel lens in front of it I guess. Finding one that is the right size and mounting it would be a problem though.
