You can stop the Receiver from indexing your RJ database by unregistering the import DLL:

regsvr32 /u realprv.dll

from in the C:\Program Files\Audio Receiver directory ought to do it.

slap that in the FAQ!

An addition/correction to the FAQ:

By default, the Rio Receiver installer puts a copy of regsvr32 in the Audio Receiver directory, so you won't need to prefix it with anything.
