Software Download Site

Hi
I just bought a Rio on E-bay and it came without the S/ware CD. The buyer says he's lost it. Is there anywhere on the web I can download the install from? I've looked but couldn't find it.
PS. mine is the Dell branded version, if that makes a difference.

The file you want is mercury_v103.exe

This is the Rio software, but I don't think it makes a difference.

I don't even have a Receiver anymore. I just check back here every now and then looking for someone dumping an HSX. So far, no luck.

Why is the latest version on the internet v1.03, but the version that came with my TigerDirect Receiver is v1.04?

Because the 1.04 version was a release simply to change the Dell logon when the receiver starts up (so they could sell of the remaining Dell boxes as Rios). There were no other changes so they didn't release a new version on the web.

Hmmm. That's odd, as I was getting ready to post that the v1.04 software seems to work with my preexisting DHCP server where the v1.03 doesn't. Could be a fluke, I guess.

Also version 1.04 still does not work with the HSX-109; I've got one of those rebadged units patiently waiting on standby.

The TigerDirect rebranded units in my experience do not with with ARM v 1.03. Once the ARM v 1.04 is installed (which is shipped with the rebranded units), the rebranded units work fine.

the question remains... why doesn't the download site have 1.04 up?
