Import from MusicMatch library, other folders

Two questions:
1) The Audio Receiver Manager software seems to only import tracks from my MusicMatch 7.5 library if they are used in a saved playlist. Also, when I add a new playlist, the count of tracks the ARM imports increases by double the number of tracks in the playlist. Is this the normal behavior?

I can see several workarounds for this, but it would be nice to not have to remember to add each CD I rip to a playlist.

I'm running v1.04 of the Audio Receiver Manager.

2) Is there a way to get the ARM to remember the directory where I store my music so I don't have to remove the default C:/D:/E: and then browse to it each time I import?
