Minimal Network Speed?

I'm trying to get my Dell DAR to work correctly with my wireless bridge... so far Rioplay seems to do the best job, but still has problems. I have two questions. First, does anyone have their Rio working on a wireless bridge correctly, and if so, what cliet are you using? Second, what is the minimal speed I can set the wireless network to and still have a good connection considering the overhead in communication between the unit and the server?
