Problem with Beta 13 (repating songs)

Today I'm having this problem with Beta 13, where I'll begin playing a playlist on my Empeg Mark II player (with Beta 13) and the individual song repeats, and does not go through the list.

I connected with the RioCar client to sync, etc. But that didn't fix the problem.

I'm concerned there may be a serious problem.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Turn off "repeat this track"?

Did you just install Beta 13?

And just to be on the safe side make sure the repeat feature didn't magically come on.

And I was all giddy thinking I had beat you to it....

Well, people would have had to have seen enough episodes of Kung Fu to get the "snatch the pebble from my hand" bit...

I spent way to many Sunday afternoon's watching that show. I still think Bruce Lee would have been the better choice.

Nah. That worked well. A pebble - that was the original! Very cool! I think the remake used a book of matches.

I'm not sure where you turn off "repeat this track". The only option I found similar to this was on the PROPERTIES area of the playlist itself, through the emplode interface, where you have an option that says "automatically repeat" which I interpret as automatically repeat when the list has been played.

It's on the main menu ("Repeat..."). It's also labeled on the Rio remote if I recall correctly.

Thanks Tony, that seems to have fixed it. I suppose I'm left with a ponderance about how the "repeat" got set to begin with, and why that isn't on the Emplode s/w (I didn't find it, which is what initially threw me off from one of the comments made here).

It's not in the emplode software because it's a "live playback" feature, not something you configure at the PC. You don't see the Balance, Fader, or Volume in Emplode either, right?

How did it get set? Could have been a slip when trying to access the main menu. Or accidentally bumping the repeat button on the remote control.

Reasonably easy to do - but just check for the little r on the display if you get this sort of behaviour.
