replacement switches for MK2A?

I thought I may have saw something before but does anyone know where to purchase replacement switches for the MK2? Or possibly what their part number is?

Hm. The parts list doesn't seem to have it.

Odd, I could have sworn the parts thread had more items than that. When it was turned into a Wiki, did they copy everything over from the parts thread?
