The upgrade failed...

Hello
I try to upgrade my unit (serial 00138). I try to upgrade with 6a version.
Even when I try older versions it doesn't work.
Error:
The upgrade failed. Bad pump response to device select. 0x21.
I also cannot play anymore sounds. the display hangs when i select another playlist.

Any ideas ???
