Perhaps this is the wrong place to be asking such a question, but who makes the docking connector used by the empeg sled? I need a drawer-type connector for a project of mine, and that one looks to be exactly what I need. Thanks.

Someone has asked that very same question on this BBS and the empeg guys have respondend with all details (supplier, part nr, costs).
Can't rembember where. Just keep looking. It's here somewhere.

Don't know who makes them but they are available from www.farnell.com:
