Well looks like since i cant find any to buy, im going to build my own with LED lights, ill post pictures tomorrow, i jsut ordered the leds and 3v resitor tonite, hopefully it will work out if not no big deal im using a kenwood remote that i got for free
i plan on having 5 leds, probably gunna start them off with an empeg blue color it will look nice, and if it works out change them to red when i get my new car wich has a red backlit. Anyone have any tips ect? Just post them.

Well, the real question is how you're going get the LEDs to turn on and off when you press a remote button... Otherwise you could work in some sort of switch to turn it on...

Forgive me for being obtuse, but what's wrong with just using an existing off-the-shelf Universal Remote that's already backlit? I've got three lying around my house already.

Where does the light from the LEDs come through the buttons? Are you going to make them transparent/translucent somehow?
