Has anyone done any networking with the Central besides HPNA or USB10T?

Yes. Have you searched this BBS (all forums) for the word "wireless"?

Make sure to select all forums, and from all dates. It defaults to just in the last week...

Thanks, Tony. I did, but only came up with people asking about their receivers. I didn't see anyone trying to get their central to work wirelessly.
It's probably all the same, but on the other hand, this is kindof specific.

A linksys USB-ethernet box connected to a linksys WEP11 works just fine in my experience

Not a huge amount of throughput for syncing (but that's the same with any of the usb-ethernet adaptors & the central) but enough to stream to several receivers.

I THOUGHT so.
I bought a Linksys WUSB11 thinking that I could get away with buying just one adapter but once I got into it, it's looking more and more like I will have to re-compile the kernel to get this thing to play nice.
How did you get it to use the correct SSID or choose what channel you want it to use?

You do that using the tools for configuring your access point, the Rio Central doesn't know anything about this stuff.
