new location for disk builder utility?

need to rebuild my disk - have noticed its no longer available at www.empeg.org and others..

Known issue. Please take a look at this thread. The hosting agreement / content is in a, uh, "transition period".

I'm happy to host it if thats all it takes I've got a decent server adn the bandwidth needed..

Any reason this is in the Karma section?
