I am not a happy camper.
I purchased a high output alternator from them back in March. It was a few months before I had a chance to install it. Once installed, I noticed a new noise under the hood. Shorty after, it killed my battery. So I had the normal alternator (which wasn't 100%) put back in while I waited for them to send a replacement. The replacement has now started making the same noise.
I am having a brand new regular output alternator installed today, as I'm typing this. The second high output unit will go back to Texas as soon as I get the chance. But, there are no refunds. The policy was stated up front. I can only have him send me a new alternator, either regular or high output.
My one year warranty expires in March.
I am just a bit angry, and not quite sure what to do.
Also, after all I've been through - to those of you looking to purchase a high output alternator for your car, don't buy from these guys.
