Does a VW Golf wired remote exist?

Hi.

Does anyone know wether a steering wheel wired remote for a Golf (model III variant, model year 1999) exists? I have been trying to find out, but I was unsuccessful so far. I must admit though, that I didn't ask my local VW dealer for this yet.
