Preinit and Hijack bug

just went through programs and preinit the hard way mostly working except for when i invoke emptriv, i see--

hijack: removed menu entry: "empacman".

empacman then disappears from hijack. if i invoke empacman, i see the same message, but the menu does not disappear!

hmmmm...?

In the empacman thread there is mention of this problem.

To (somewhat vaguely) summarise; The 'add menuitem'(sic) code in Hijack has been improved/re-written fairly recently and possibly empacman (etc.) needs updating accordingly.

I was planning on downgrading my installed Hijack to an earlier release to test this but haven't got around to it yet.
