rsync-2.5.5 for ARM

I've decided to do something useful with my newly compiled ARM toolchain, and compiled the latest rsync source for the Empeg.

The old (version 2.3.2) debian version was giving me a headache (hanging all the time) and another 2.4.6 version was giving integer overflow errors.

This binary works perfectly for me and has a nice progress indicator (--progress).
