Right here.
This allows streaming and downloading and such.
If all you want is remote control, and your client software is Windows, then you can use EmpegFace which is at my web site (linked in my signature).

It's called "Hijack", and is a standard feature of that add-on kernel. Many people supplement it with a more friendly user-interface for human use, like empFace and kin.
