Jemplode Request: no db rebuild if only editing config.ini

The subject line says it all. Emplode doesn't rebuild the db if you havn't added music. Makes debugging ir_translates a pain with jemplode, as it takes a Good Long While for each iteration.

Definitly a "if it's easy while you're already messing with the code" request.

You could install an editor and just edit the file directly? You'd have to connect to the empeg via serial or telnet however.

I think he's aware of the alternate methods to edit the file, he's just noticed that there's something specifically in Jemplode that could use a bit of a code tweak. At least that's the way I interpreted it.
