Chrysler 300M Installs?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has attempted to install the EMPEG player into a Chrysler 300M. I have been wanting to but this player for a couple of years now! I have the upgraded Infinity system. Do I need to buy a new amp for the Empeg Player. I know the OEM factory systems are proprietory sometimes. Any information would be appreciated.
