2002 BMW 3-Series questions

Hi there,
I've done a bit of searching in installation notes and have not really found out much. I'm looking at getting a new car and have found a deal at work on company leasing a BMW. This would all depend upon wether I can get my empeg in or not.
I found one post on installing an empeg but sadly the post contained a broken link to some pictures. Does anyone have any recommendations to ease installation? Is it easier to start with the harman-kardon system or the bog standard stereo?
At the end of day, if I can't get an empeg in I will walk away from the bimmer....

I have a 95 M3 but they are completely different animals than the E46 3-series.

i ordered a 330ci, and i already ahve the kit to install it, i ordered the regular system just becuase im going to deck it out. i assume u woudl be able to intergrate the h/k amp and system to the empeg without buying other amps and stuff, thats how i have my current setup in my lexus, my deliver date is on the 23rd of this month ill tell u how it goes and post many many pictures. but the empeg can go in, and yes get one of these amazing cars e46's rock my world ill get u some links to some normal decks in the e46 so u can see what it looks like.

I have an 330i sedan and would love to get my Empeg to fit but was concerned that the adapter face plate required to make the opening look DIN would look out of place. I want to see some pics before deciding whether to go forward or not. As far as technical capability, I am sure the Empeg fits.
