fascia designs

Does anyone have files of fascia designs that I could use on a friends 3d printer or have them sent to be printed. If I find a UV light kit then I could get a 3d printed fascia and use a phosphorescent material or paint onto one, which would make some of the fascia glow. Anyway, does anyone have some pics? Thanks

I'd be amazed if Rob V didn't still have them. But also the intellectual property for those designs is almost certainly owned by Rio and now by whoever it was ended up owning Rio.

Tony and others have redesigned faccias, and Tony (tfabris) at least has/had his CAD files available for 3D printing by others. Hunt around here for that.

Thanks. I did end up searching for some fascia designs and found some that tony did for the display extender that he installed into his car.

The only problem with the ones that I did, is that they do not have the space for the handle. You'd have to modify the 3D CAD file if you wanted to make space for the handle.

Something to consider: If you want to replace the fascia with custom dayglo plastic, remember that the handle isn't part of that; the handle is cast metal.

HMMMMM. I see. I know you set up yours when you did it for the screen extender and you would not need a place for the handle. Thanks for the heads up. Still since I may use a display extender, since I have one, I may create one anyway.
