Aborting A Disk Integrity Check.

There have been a bunch of times when doing a sync about a half hour before leaving for work and the empeg starts a check... So, I either have to wait around and have coffee with the cleaning crew, or leave the empeg at work... It would be nice to abort it (unless there was a legitimate reason it was initiated rather than by a cycle) and then manual start one the next day.

btw.... I am running 1.03 and ever since my disk upgrade, it seems to be doing disk checks once every few days now... (but I am doing more sync's now also.)
