Year period shuffle

could we have yet another shuffle mode where you can select instead of one year quickly select a period like 80s or 90s etc

Or could we someway of having a couple of predefined shuffles which could be set up in init script which have a few defined options like wendys filters, years, genres etc.

Or could we just have a way of naming the bookmarks.

Yes! A period select would be excellent. Heck, even a decade selector would be nice. I have a playlist (that is woefully incomplete) for the 1950s, another one for the 60's, 80's, etc. Having a range of years selection would mean I can finally dump that playlist and not worry about maintenance.
