I would LOVE to have this feature. Although there are ways to make switching presets easier, it would still be great to set it up and forget about it.

Yeah, you and everyone else on this BBS wants this feature. It's been discussed to death.
The empeg guys agree that it would be a cool feature, the trouble is actually implementing it (it would take some work).
