All Network Ports in Use

I'm getting an error on serial that goes "All Network Ports in Use!" when I connect in via telnet. This used to work, until I downgraded to Beta 13 fresh, and reinstalled Hijack. (?) Any idea?

Run the devs file first please

If you don't then none of the device files that are needed will be created.

Yup... I even got bitten by this one when I upgraded.

Maybe you need an emptelnetd FAQ.

I just upgraded for the first time in a long time (been running b11 since it was new, whenever that was).

The title of this thread made it quite easy to find so I'm over that speed bump.
