re-start

So sometimes when I turn my car off and turn it back on the player does not turn on. This usually happens when the car has been off for 10/15 minutes or so, not much longer. Then I have to pull over, restart the car and it'll be happy again. Is this a known bug? How do I turn on the player without restarting the car?

this was a known issue with older firmware versions. For a permanent solution, you should update your empeg to the current beta7b+. As a quick fix, you should be able to make the empeg restart by pulling it out of its cage for a few seconds, then putting it back in. I didn't try that, but the theory says it should work.
