Build 13 blues :(

Well I replaced a bad drive in my player re-uploaded everything and went to build 13 to boot and here is my problem


Issue 1.

On random songs the player seems to lock up and requires a remove and replace from the sled to fix it (This seems to be on the same songs so the songs might be bad not sure why bad songs would cause a lock up)

Issue 2

Known good songs will seem to pause for a brife second durning playback

Issue 3

1 out of 20 times the player will keep playing for 20 seconds or so AFTER the key is switched off... no reason and very random

All the tracks are are made with MMJB using 320kbs and cranking up the freq responce to max....

Also I need to pick up a new cable for my player I think mind is bad or might be bad anyone know where to find them ??

May not have just been a bad drive. Could be cable problems or IDE header. Did you go through the FAQ entry on this topic?

I mounted the drive up in my desk top and it wouldn't spin up
