Weird Volume Movement

Hi, I've seen this behavior for at least as early as beta 13.
Maybe 1/3 of the time, when i turn the volume down, it will go up extremely fast. Its kinda annoying when i see a cop, and i go to turn my stereo down, and it turns its self up instead. Is this a known bug?

Yeah, but it's probably a "known bug" in the rotary controller. Over time, the rotary controller has been known to get a bit flaky. There have been some attempts to account for it in software, and mileage has varied widely.
